We are currently offering free shipping on orders above $50. Orders shipped anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer. Offer is not valid with any other promotion.
Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days after shipment date (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Hassle-Free Return Policy
We offer free returns on products that have been purchased directly from our website. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact email@example.com for instructions on how to return an item. Once the item is received at the office, you will be notified and refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process.
Please note all Vaultz® combination lock products will only be accepted for return/refund with the plastic tab through the numbers.
For products that have been purchased from a separate retailer, all exchanges and returns must be made directly with them.
We do not accept returns of clearance merchandise.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 216-459-2400 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
We are happy to provide our customers with a replacement for defective items that were purchased directly from our website within the last sixty (60) days. To receive a replacement, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which item was defective, and what the defect was. Once received, your replacement is expected to arrive within 5-7 business days (M-F). Tracking information will be available upon request 2-3 business days after the replacement is ordered.

If you order from us or contact us we assume you are interested in our products and therefore opt you in to our email lists. When we email you it is typically to offer discounts or specials. These marketing emails are not very frequent. If at any time you are no longer interested in receiving these emails, please unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.
